We acknowledge external reports within 24 hours and respond substantively within 7 days, unless an active law-enforcement investigation requires us to withhold details. Confirmed accounts are removed and reported to NCMEC or the equivalent authority.
If you have a Passn account, the fastest route is the report action on the profile, chat or community room — it reaches the same moderators with the content already attached. Everything on this page applies to reports from people who have never used Passn.
